Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.

For items valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proper tracking.
